Pool heat is $50 a night and must be ordered in advance. The pool fence must remain up at all times when children under the age of six are present. The front entrance is reached by a storybook front yard with steps. The parlor and half-bath entry are decorated with venetian plaster. A grand staircase leads to the second floor. The oversized billiards room is located past the staircase. Here you can play pool or just hang out. The dining room has a large table that seats 16 people. In the gourmet kitchen, you'll find a built-in dining area for breakfast, custom alder cabinetry, granite counter tops and a Wolf gas range. There's also a Sub-Zero refrigerator and centralized island. The kitchen opens up to a cozy family room, which features a real wood-burning fireplace (for decoration only), a comfortable couch and smarTV. To your left are three bedrooms and two baths. One bedroom has a bathroom EnSuite. The other two bedrooms are connected by a full bathroom in the hallway. The kids will be on the other side of the family room and kitchen. This is a large room that has two double bunk beds, a couch and bean bags, a smart TV, a game console, arcades games, and its own bathroom. The room has a door to the patio, and also a back yard. Head upstairs to find an open loft with a workstation and library. The Master Suite is located on one side. It is spacious and has a balcony that overlooks the pool and backyard. The Master Suite features two walk-in closets, an expansive bathroom with double sinks and soaking jetted bathtub, a walk-in glass shower, a private toilet room, and a private staircase leading to the back entrance from the garage. The bedroom adjacent to the library also has an EnSuite bathroom. The library has plenty of seating for studying or reading, as well as a desk and tons of books. Outside, you'll find a private resort backyard with a pebble tech play-pool with water feature and hot tub. There is also a patio for sunbathing and dining. The trash concierge will move the cans out to the curb the night before, and then pull them back in. Guests will be charged $75 for trash pickup if they do not remove excess trash.
