Welcome to Sugar Shack!
Sugar Shack is an adorable 2BR/2BA cabin located in a great location between Boone and Banner Elk. Sugar Mountain Ski Resort is close by, as are Appalachian Ski Mountain and Beech Mountain Ski Resort. On the drive up to the house, you can see Grandfather Mountain. Enjoy the open floorplan between the dining room, living room, and kitchen on the main level. The main living area has a gas fireplace. In the summer months, enjoy the cooled breeze and gas grill on the covered porch. You will find a gaming console and foosball in the loft. There is also a bedroom upstairs with a bathroom and a pull out couch.
*Note: This house does not have central AC. During the summer months, open the windows or use fans to enjoy cool mountain air. *

CANCELLATION POLICY:
You can cancel your booking within 24 hours and receive a refund in full. If you cancel your booking more than 30 days prior to arrival, you'll receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date will not be refunded. If you have purchased travel insurance, and the reason of the cancellation is covered by the policy, you can recover the full amount.
