Property Description
Kick App View is situated in the Blue Ridge Mountains. It boasts long-range views, and an incredible view of Grandfather Mountain. Kick App View can sleep eight (8) people in four bedrooms, each with a king or queen bed. A Pack-N-Play is also available if you need one. The central heat and air conditioning provides year-round comfort. Or, open the large glass door in the main living room to enjoy the mountain breeze. The main floor features an Open Concept Great Room with Dining and Kitchen, featuring vaulted ceilings and skylights. The leather furniture surrounds a stone fireplace with gas-lit logs that creates ambiance when pressed. Kick App View features a wall of large glass doors that let in plenty of natural light. The deck offers a long-range view of the mountains, no matter what season it is. Eight guests can dine comfortably at the counter-height kitchen bar and six can sit at the dining table. The fully-equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, upgraded stainless appliances, a gas stove, and a microwave. The upper deck, with its view of Grandfather Mountain, has outdoor seating and a gas grill that is easy to operate. The deck is surrounded by a screened porch with seating for six, where guests can enjoy their morning coffee or evening cocktail.
The King Master Suite is located on the main floor of the house. It has sliding glass doors which open onto the screened porch and enjoy the view. The King Master Suite features an HDTV, a granite vanity, and a tub/shower combination in the ensuite bathroom. On the main floor, there are two Queen bedrooms with HDTVs. One bedroom has French Doors that open to the deck with mountain views. Between the two Queen Bedrooms is a full hall bathroom.
The lower level has a family room that is great for entertaining and living. The lower level has a desk station with internet access, perfect for remote work. Enjoy leather furniture, a stone fireplace, HDTV and a fully-equipped Wet Bar, including a Mini Fridge, microwave, cooktop and coffee station. There's also a Ping Pong Table and Foosball Table. You can also access the new Hot Tub. A chest of table games is included. This level also contains the fourth bedroom, which is a spacious King Suite with an HDTV, and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The lower deck has additional table seating and offers a view of the mountains in the distance.
Kick App View is located in the High Country, in the town Seven Devils. It is only one mile away from Hawks Nest Snow Tubing Resort and Zip Lines Resort.
