Property Description
Green Roof Hideaway is a three-bedroom log cabin located in a quiet area between Jefferson & Todd. It has a beautiful mountain view. Within 20 minutes, you can reach the New River in Todd as well as Green Valley Community Park and Todd Island Park. Todd offers a park, picnic shelter, public playground, hiking and tubing trails, as well as other amenities like sand volleyball courts. This log cabin features a wraparound deck with a hot tub and gas fire pit. It offers stunning views of the mountains. The main floor living room features A-Frame Windows and leather furniture. The main floor living area also features a flat-screen television, a flat screen TV, a kitchen and dinning area. The interior is decorated with wood flooring and tongue-and groove from floor to ceiling. There are seven bedrooms, including one queen bedroom, two bunk rooms, and a master bedroom upstairs. Four TVs offer paid programming. Guests will feel comfortable in any season with central heating and air conditioning. There is also Wifi and a washer/dryer. Green Roof Hideaway accepts up to two (2) dogs. Additional pet fees are possible. The gravel parking area has a gravel pathway that leads to the covered deck. There is enough room for two cars. ****Access is via a gravel road of half a mile. All year round, a 4-wheel drive is required. The driveway may be inaccessible for snow removal. Winter weather requires a 4-wheel-drive, tire chains, clearance and a tirechain. Even with the best equipment the driver must be a skilled driver in winter weather.
