Beary Blessed Cabin, a charming three bedroom, three bathroom home located in a private mountain area of Fleetwood. Fleetwood Falls, a community lake, is available to guests for fishing and canoeing. This is a mature community with paved streets and a friendly environment. Many residents enjoy walking through the quiet streets and tending to their gardens. They also enjoy the community trails which lead to a clean, freshwater, swimming and picnic area lake. The New River is only 10 minutes from the cabin. Cabins are within easy reach of outdoor activities like canoeing, kayaking, tubing, and fishing. Railroad Grade Road runs parallel with the river. The Virginia Carolina branch of Norfolk and Western Railway used to run between Abingdon, Virginia, and Todd, North Carolina. Railroad Grade Road is an attractive, flat road for motorists, cyclists and pedestrians. This home is a three-level design. The main floor features an open concept that flows into the dining and living areas. A covered, screened porch/sunroom with a gas-log fireplace provides cozy seating and a dining area alfresco. The hot tub can be found on the deck. The main floor has a king-sized bedroom and a bathroom with jack-and -jill access. The loft sleeping area is located above the living room and contains a queen bed, a twin bed with trundle, and a television. Also, there is a bathroom upstairs. The lower level has a family area with a TV and a couch. There is also a puzzle board, a game, and a board for playing games. The lower level features a bedroom with queen-sized bed, and the family room offers a twin daybed/trundle. Beary Blessed Cabin features wifi, central heating and air conditioning, streaming TV, paid TV, and paid TV programs. Parking for two vehicles is available on the gravel driveway. Boone is near West Jefferson which has art galleries and restaurants. Locals love the Ashe County Cheese Co. The area is peaceful and quiet, which will delight guests. It's a wonderful getaway to the mountains. Fleetwood Falls Lake Park requires guests to follow community rules and practices while enjoying the beautiful lake and surrounding trails.
