Are you ready to relax in a beautiful beachside space? The views from the rear balcony of the apartment are unparalleled, with miles of ocean view to the north, south and across the Atlantic Ocean. The beach is literally at your doorstep! Just across the street, you'll find a community pool and recreation center. The large back porch offers plenty of space to enjoy a relaxing evening while listening to the waves breaking just feet away. You can hang your keys and purse on the left and relax. You'll find the kitchen area a few feet down, with granite counters, elegant wood grain cabinets and a nice layout. All appliances are made of stainless steel, including a microwave and dishwasher. The refrigerator is spacious and can hold many family meals and drinks. You'll find the washer dryer next to the refrigerator. The kitchen has a bar that connects the dining and living areas. The bar has three plush stools.

The dining area has a large round table with a glass top and ultra-comfortable chairs. A stunning window with a cushion and seat is just past the dining table. It begs you to grab a book and a cold drink. This window offers a stunning view of the coastline. The living room also has a couch that can be pulled out into a queen-sized bed. Enjoy relaxing on the coffee table while watching TV or chatting to friends and family. A fan and overhead light will keep you cool.

You'll find a bar area in the hallway across from the kitchen. It has a sink and utensils to make your favorite beachy cocktail. The Master bedroom is a great place to relax with a queen-sized bed and new linens. The master bedroom has glass doors that lead to the balcony. The master bedroom also has a desk to use for your laptop, or other devices, as well as overhead lighting. The closet is large enough to hold all your belongings and is located next to the master bathroom.

The bathroom is located between the bedrooms in the hallway. It has been updated with new hardware and faucets. The guest bedroom is located down the hall and has two twin beds, perfect for kids or guests. There is also plenty of space in the closet for your swimwear and evening wear.

There is a state-of-the-art water filtration system connected to the kitchen faucet, and a great Beach Shade in the foyer closet for you to use! The kitchen faucet is connected to a water filtration system, and there's a Beach Shade in the closet. Fort Fisher Civil War Historic Site, and the NC State Aquarium can be reached in a short distance. Just a few miles north is the famous Carolina Beach boardwalk. In 25 minutes, you can reach the US North Carolina Battleship and Downtown Wilmington Riverwalk as well as nightlife. There are amazing restaurants everywhere! We're happy recommend them, just ask.
