We are only a few hundred yards (800') from the pier, and a short walk (about 480') to the beach. Plus, the home has two separate living areas! The upstairs is separate from the studio downstairs, so it's perfect for a close-by (but not too near!) family getaway. Family getaway. Summer 22 dates are fast disappearing! Grab yours TODAY.Perfect for a vacation with friends but not too close, this home features 2 levels that only connect on the outside. The upstairs features a large front porch with ocean views, as well as a large living area and eat-in-kitchen. There is also a big-screen smart television. Two bedrooms are available, one with bunk beds and the other with a King-size bed. The full bath is shared by both. The downstairs is a separate efficiency with a queen-sized bed, living room, washer/dryer, and 3/4 bathroom. There is plenty of parking outside and a charcoal barbecue for summer grilling. The Kure Beach Pier and downtown are just 800 feet away. Fort Fisher Civil War Historic Site, and the NC State Aquarium is 3 miles south. Two miles north is the famous Carolina Beach Boardwalk. In 25 minutes, you can reach the US North Carolina Battleship and Downtown Wilmington Riverwalk as well as nightlife. Amazing restaurants are everywhere! (we're happy recommend).
