Nestled into a lovely Gualala neighborhood, Seaside Garden Retreat feels like a real escape. The peaceful, fenced grassy yard with beautiful garden beds and trees, enfolds the custom home and outdoor spaces and affords lovely ocean views.

The home is gracious and welcoming from the entry into the living room, branching off to the well equipped spacious kitchen and generous dining area. The gas island range is a great place to cook and visit with friends seated at the island or relaxing nearby. The BBQ on the deck just off the kitchen and dining area will round out any chef's options for a great meal.

The living room has ample seating, Roku TV, and lovely propane heatstove. Windows abound throughout the home, and the living room has lots of light and enjoys garden and ocean views.

The main level suite has a queen bed, bathroom with shower, and slider to a sweet little side deck for quiet morning time, or a place to slip away for a bit. Instead of a conventional room door, the suite is closed off from the living area by the sliding barn door.

The upper level suite has a queen bed, bathroom with a shower, a work space hidden behind sliding shoji screens, ocean and garden views. This suite is also separted from the lower level by the sliding barn-style door.

The Parking is available for 2 cars.

Maximum number of vehicles shall be 2 (two), parked in driveway.
Quiet hours must be observed between 10pm and 7am every day.
