Property Description
This is a lovely mobile home located on a large center island lot and only step to the beautiful white sand beaches of Topsail Island. With 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath this home is set-up to accommodate 6 guests comfortably.
There is a large screened-in porch to enjoy the cool ocean breezes and an open deck for sunning. There is also an outdoor shelter with fish cleaning station and an outdoor enclosed shower with hot and cold water.
As you enter this home you will be stunned by its well-kept condition and modern style.
The living room is very spacious and is equipped with a large sofa, a love seat, comfortable arm chair, daybed with twin trundle, end tables with lamps, flatscreen TV, ceiling fan and wall art.
The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed for basic meal preparations including all required major appliances and small countertop appliances. The major appliances include a large 3 door refrigerator/freezer, range/oven combination and a built-in microwave. The small countertop appliances include a coffee pot (Keurig), a toaster and blender. The kitchen is very spacious and has nice cabinetry and countertops along with a food pantry to store your weekly food items and supplies. There is a separate nook utilized as a coffee bar and or space to prepare your favorite drinks.
The dining area adjoins the kitchen and has ample seating for 6. Just outside on the screened-in porch you will find additional dining space.
Bedroom 1 (the master) is equipped with a queen bed, night stand with lamp, storage chest, wall mounted TV, ceiling fan and a closet.
Bedroom 2 is equipped with a double bed, night stand with lamp, ceiling fan and closet.
The full bathroom is located in the hallway adjacent to the bedrooms. It is equipped with a tub and shower combination.
There is a private laundry area with a full-size washer/dryer.
Throughout the house you will find luxury vinyl plank flooring which is great for easy clean-up.
After a long day at the beach, you will find a convenient outdoor enclosed shower with hot and cold water. Then relax on the large screened-in porch equipped with ceiling fans while enjoying your favorite beverage.
3192 Island Drive is a great spot for the small families that just want to get to the beach and don’t need a large expensive home. This will certainly fit that need.

Pets (dogs only) are allowed with a $200.00 per pet non-refundable fee. Maximum 2 dogs allowed not to exceed 50 pounds each.
This property comes with a free linen package for weekly rentals ONLY, which includes: bed sheets, pillow cases, towels, wash clothes, bath mats, and kitchen towel sets. Any stay less than a week the linens will be a guest charge to be added to the reservation cost.
For guests that are booking this property through Airbnb or VRBO, you will be contacted after you book this property and required to sign an additional contract with the management company Coastline Realty in order to receive final confirmations. Managed by Coastline Realty Vacations Topsail Island.
Check-in will be in person at the Coastline Realty rental office which is located at 965 Old Folkstone Rd. Suite 108 Sneads Ferry, NC 28460. ID’s will be required at check-in and must match the name on the reservation contract. At check-in, guest will be given a Check-in Packet that will include: WiFi information, keys or key code whichever applies, parking passes, pool passes (if required), any additional house rules if applicable, directions to property, emergency contact information, things to do info sheet, and check-out procedures. Please do not go directly to the property before check-in as it will only delay the process for you. If housekeepers or inspectors see cars in the driveway, they will move on to the next house and you may miss your early rotation with cleaning/inspecting.
For late arrival check-in you will need to call the office before noon on your check-in day to receive after hours check-in instructions. Please be prepared to forward a digital copy of your photo ID (name matching the reservation) to the office.
