Lukey’s Lagoon is a lovely Sound View home with 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and is located only steps to the Beach Access and the Community Kayak Launch. There is an outdoor shower with hot & cold water, free private parking and a fenced-in back yard.

The bedding set-up is 1 king, 1 queen, 1 twin and a full sleeper sofa, all equipped to sleep 6 comfortably.

As you approach the home you will notice it has ample parking on-site with 1 parking space under the carport and 2 in the driveway (NO Parking on the grass).

There are decks on the front and rear of the home and they will be equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture to accommodate the entire family. The views from the front deck are absolutely mesmerizing as it showcases the beautiful evening sunsets across the Intracoastal Waterway.

As you enter the home on the first level you will find the expansive living area, well equipped kitchen along with a convenient half bath and private laundry area.

The living room is equipped with a sleeper sofa with chase lounge, a comfortable arm chair, coffee table, end table, ceiling fan, flat screen TV along with direct access out to the deck.

The kitchen is very well equipped with everything needed for meal preparations including all major and countertop appliances. The major appliances include a stainless refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, smooth top range/oven combination and microwave. The small appliances include a coffee pot, toaster, toaster oven and a blender.

The countertops are all solid surface with ample space for dining. The cabinets are all custom shaker style with subway tile backsplash beneath.

As you ascend to the upper level by stairway you will find two bedrooms and two full baths.

The master suite is located to the rear and is equipped with a king bed, end tables with lamps, dresser with mirror, lots of closet space, ceiling fan, flat screen TV, direct access out to a private deck where you may enjoy your morning cup of coffee, and, its own private bath. The master bath is equipped with a tub/shower combination, large vanity with solid surface countertop with mirror.

Bedroom 2 is located to the front of the house and is equipped with a pyramid bunk (twin over queen), night stand with lamp, flat screen TV, dresser and closet space. There is a full bath adjacent to this bedroom that is equipped with a vanity with solid surface countertop with mirror, and a tub/shower combination.

Lukey’s Lagoon is a very comfortable home for a family and has all the required amenities to make your vacation very special and relaxing.

This home is pet friendly with a $200.00 non-refundable pet fee. There is one dog allowed, not to exceed 50 lb. If outside the fenced rear yard, the dog must be on leash.

This property comes with a free linen package for weekly rentals ONLY, which includes: bed sheets, pillow cases, towels, wash cloths, bath mats, and kitchen towel sets. Any stay less than a week the linens will be a guest charge to be added to the reservation cost.

Check-in will be in person at the Coastline Realty rental office which is located at 965 Old Folkstone Rd. Suite 108 Sneads Ferry, NC 28460. ID’s will be required at check-in and must match the name on the reservation contract. At check-in, guest will be given a Check-In Packet that will include: WiFi information, keys or key code whichever applies, parking passes, pool passes (if required), any additional house rules if applicable, directions to property, emergency contact information, things to do info sheet, and check-out procedures. Please do not go directly to the property before check-in as it will only delay the process for you. If housekeepers or inspectors see cars in the driveway, they will move on to the next house and you may miss your early rotation with cleaning/inspecting.

For late arrival check-in you will need to call the office before noon on your check-in day to receive after hours check-in instructions. Please be prepared to forward a digital copy of your photo id (name matching the reservation) to the office.
