Property Description
Pilot Point 9 is a bayfront, two-story townhome located in Lewes off of Cape Henlopen Drive. The location can not get any better - you are right on the beach, and a short bike ride from downtown Lewes or Cape Henlopen State Park! Enjoy sitting on the back deck and watching the Cape May - Lewes Ferry come in to dock at the terminal!
The first floor is where guests will find the primary living areas. It includes a living room, dining area, updated kitchen, and a half-bath. Sleeping space is all on the second floor, including two bedrooms that share a hall bath and bayfront master suite, which has its own deck out on the bay.
Tennis courts are available in the community, but guests can also explore Lewes' many bike trails, including the Junction and Breakwater Trail and Gordon's Pond Trail that connect Lewes to Rehoboth. Nearby in downtown Lewes, guests will find a wide variety of local shops and amazing restaurants for all cravings.
