Located at the north end of the island in a quiet residential neighborhood you'll love the convenience of being able to walk to everything. The beach, shops, restaurants, night life and so much more are just a short walk away.

Walking through the front door you'll be welcomed by the great room. Complete with a full kitchen, comfortable furnishings in the living room, and a small dining area this room provides you with all the amenities you'll need for your stay. A flat screen TV and wireless internet ensure you'll be well connected. A sleeper sofa in the living room allows for an additional sleeping area for 2 guests if needed.

The separate bedroom has a queen bed and plenty of dresser and closet space for either a week long stay or longer. A full remodeled bathroom is off the bedroom.

Shared washer and dryer can be found in an enclosed area on the backside of the house.

140 Delmar is one of two sides of a duplex. There is a locked adjoining door that connects it with 138 Delmar. Rent both sides for a larger group or extra space making this a 2 bedroom, 2 full bath property that sleeps 8 total then.

Please note this is a nonsmoking home only. If traveling with your furry friend, he or she will be welcome here. A grass backyard will give them an area to enjoy as well

Seven miles of sugar sand beach are only a 2 minute walk away. You won't want to miss our fabulous sunsets. There is nothing better than to end the evening with a moonlit walk while taking in the sea air and Gulf breezes. There's even a doggie beach on the causeway for this pet friendly home. Plenty of space in the backyard offers another spot for relaxing, while watching your pet have the run of the land.

Take some time to explore the island. We have a trolley service that runs all day and into the evening. It runs south to Lovers Key State Park where you can swim, shell and explore. Maybe you'll be lucky enough to catch sight of dolphins frolicking.

On your return trip north, you may want to stop off at Santini Mall and visit the unique shops and restaurants.

There is plenty to do in the evening after a day of sunning. At our Beach Theater you can order a meal, relax in comfy swivel chairs and watch a movie. Walk to Times Square for more shopping, restaurants and nightlife.
