Pet Friendly. "2804" is on the beach side of Palmetto and has great views of the water. A comfortable home that would make a great choice for a relaxing vacation on Edisto Beach. This property has a central Great Room with kitchen, dining and living area. Plus access from the Great Room to the large sun porch overlooking Point St. The sun porch has lots of seating, extra dining, and a game table! There is an open deck beyond the sun porch with water views. There are two bedroom and a bath on each side of the house. The back left bedroom(facing Palmetto) has a twin and a double bed. The back right bedroom has a twin and a triple bunk. The hall bath on the left of the house has a shower only, the one on the right, a tub/shower combination. The left front bedroom(facing Point St) has a queen size bed, the one on the right, a double and a twin. All bedrooms have TV's. The driveway to this property is on Point St. There is a nice area under the house with swings and a picnic table. A large room downstairs contains the washer and dryer, an extra fridge and a full bath(shower only).
