This spectacular Loft Apartment is located above the barn within the Raz Hideaway Estate, nestled away on almost 200 acres, with breathtaking panoramic views of the Black Hills, Bear Butte, Terry Peak and the vast prairie, in South Dakota. Offering 700sq.ft. of living space, with 1 bedroom with a king size bed, 4-piece bathroom, living room, galley kitchen with a full size refrigerator, microwave, sink, dishwasher and fully equipped with everything you need. 4-wheel drive is mandatory during the winter months and recommended year round.



ROOM LAYOUT:

Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed (Sleeps 2)

Living Room: 1 Couch (Sleeps 1)



HOUSE RULES:

-You will be required to submit a copy of your ID (front and back) upon confirmation of your booking. The ID has to match the name on the reservation.

-Parking Rules: Parking in Garage is not Permitted. Guest Parking in Driveway Only. 4-Wheel Drive is Mandatory during Winter Months.

-Check-in time: 4:00PM. Check-out time: 10:00AM

-Early check-in/late checkout may be granted depending on availability with an additional cost.
