This unit is well decorated with comfortable beds, an eat in kitchen, and has the most spectacular views on Fripp Island from all rooms. The Master Bedroom, along with it's expansive view of the Atlantic, has a most comfortable king size bed, and a 40 inch flat screen TV. The 2nd bedroom has 2 XL twin beds. Each bedroom has it's own private full bath. The family room also has a 40 inch flat screen TV.

The Village of New Haven is a quaint oceanfront community designed after an English fishing village. Just steps away from pool, golf course and beautiful beach at low tide. The complex has a beautifully landscaped courtyard, complete with a grilling area.

A 4 seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly rentals). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island and an excellent way to visit to our unique amenities.
