The Sandcastle, a large five bedroom home located on Marlin Drive, offers views of the Ocean and Golf Course. Enjoy your favorite beverage while watching the sunset from the upstairs porches. The beach is just a few steps away. The Sandcastle features a large front yard perfect for family fun! The owners have thought about everything! There are plenty of TVs with DirectTV and High Speed Wi Fi, Gas Grill, an Outdoor Shower, upscale furnishings, new stainless steel appliances, and a spectacular master suite with a multi head shower large enough for two!

The Sandcastle offers spectacular porches in every bedroom, kitchen, living room and den. They all overlook the ocean in front and the golf course in back. The porch swings are lovely. The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking for your guests! The upstairs den and the living room downstairs both have plenty of comfortable seating around a big screen TV. The house has four bedrooms downstairs. The master bedroom is upstairs, along with the dining room, kitchen and den.

Bedroom 1 Master suite Yes, this is exactly what it sounds like. It covers the entire upstairs, has a private porch in the front and access to a large screened-in porch at the back. The Master Bedroom has a King Sized Bed and the Master Bath includes a jetted bathtub and an extraordinary shower with multiple heads!

Bedroom 2 King Bed, daybed, and trundle. Large porch with a view of the front of the home. Jack and Jill Bath shared by Bedroom 5 and Bedroom 2. A private dressing room with vanity.

Bedroom 5 Twin over full bunk bed with twin trundle underneath. Access to the back porch with views of the golf course. Jack and Jill bathroom shared with Bedroom 3. There is a vanity and dressing area for privacy.

The living room downstairs has a beautiful split-staircase. There is enough space to entertain or escape. This is a truly unique family home that will make your vacation memories.

Your rental includes a 4 seater golf cart (except for monthly rentals). Many guests park their car upon arrival and use a golf cart as their primary mode of transportation. It's a great way to enjoy the scenic beauty of the island, and to visit our unique amenities. You can also take a ride after dinner to the Food Court for some ice-cream!

Your rental includes up to 14 guest card with a maximum value of $700. These cards are needed to access all resort amenities including golf, tennis, restaurants, bars, swimming pool, etc. Guest cards provide exclusive access to discounted golf and tennis rates.

The owner has provided beach chairs which are hanging in the garage. Please replace the chairs when you are done using them! You can also use the bikes provided.

If the doors are left unlocked for more than 20 minutes, A/C will turn off.
