The master bedroom, located on the second level, has a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom. On the second floor, you'll find a bunk bed with a full-bottom bunk, a queen bedroom with an en suite bathroom, and a TV area with a daybed with trundle. On the first level, you'll find a bedroom with a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom. The open kitchen features brand new appliances, counters and equipment! This house is located near golf, tennis, shops, marinas, and the beach. It's also close to marinas, pools, and marinas. This house offers high-speed internet, google home technology, and Youtube music. You can also play by saying "Hey Google, play " There is a basketball court in the driveway as well as an indoor cornhole in a spacious garage.
Your rental includes a 4 seat golf cart (except for monthly rentals). Many guests leave their cars at the airport and use their golf carts as their primary mode of transportation. This is a great way for you to enjoy the natural beauty of the island. After dinner, jump on the golf cart to head to the Food Court and get some ice-cream!

So much more than expected!This house is brand new to the Fripp rental market. The kitchen has everything new including appliances and the living room also has new furniture and a 4K Roku TV you can stream everything on. There’s a separate TV room upstairs also 4K Roku for when the adults want the living room, and all 4 of the bedrooms have their own bathrooms + the half bath in the kitchen. Each room also has Roku TVs if you want to get away from your crowd. It is just a short walk to the beach or golf cart ride to the less crowded beaches up Tarpon. The Marina store and pool are also a short walk and we went to see the sun set at the swing nightly just up Bonito. We even walked with our pull carts to Ocean Creek to golf. The wrap-around decks on both floors with French doors going out to them from every bedroom have amazing Marsh views and the google minis let you set your own soundtrack in the background. If you want to hear a song they are hooked up to Spotify and you just tell them what you want to hear. This is an excellent home to get away to.

Porches! Porches! Porches!
My favorite thing in the world is coffee on a porch in the mornings and this house gave me a different area for each day to enjoy! The wrap-around decks on each floor show a peaceful view of marshland, and while Bonito is a busier street I liked how far back the house was from the road.
