We have thought of everything you might need for a vacation rental, so you don't need to! In case you forgot something, you can use the hair dryers and bathroom amenities including shampoo and conditioner. Guest access

While you are staying with us, our home is your home. We ask that you follow the community rules and leave the hot tub at the end of the day.

The hot tubs at our community are also closed due to Covid 19. Our guests will receive an access key once the pool is open (don't forget the key, the penalty is $100). The pool closes at 9pm.

Please note that this unit does not have air conditioning, but fans are provided.

Please inquire about Incline's access to private beaches. Public beaches such as Sand Harbor, 3 miles away, and Kings Beach, 4 miles away, are open to the general public.
