Good location and house but the bedrooms are a problem

This house is on a quiet wooded road and has a great open floor plan in the main area. Good kitchen and serious enough cooking pans, etc. The bedrooms however are not fully explained on the website. Two of the bedrooms have bunk beds in them. The beds are queens. They are so tall that for any adult you can easily hit your head on the ceiling fan (as my daughter did twice) and for adults sleeping in bunks is not idea. The third bedroom looks to be a pull out couch but is a trundle on the floor. So again, if an adult couple was in there it is not comfortable. The mattress in the master bedroom was so lumpy it needed to be replaced. There is also only one VERY small bathroom for the three bedrooms. Really not very functional if you have 3-5 people using it, We were sent to the wrong house when we arrived so we unpacked everything only to have to pack it back up to go to the right how. Brolio (not sure of spelling) was great. He came to the house and gave us a bottle of wine to say he was sorry about the mix up.

Great home in the perfect location in Mill Creek with the East Shore Trail and beaches within minutes. Remodeled home in great condition that works well for one family. Two of the bedrooms have bunk beds. The home feels spacious for its smaller size and is very welcoming. Goldfish is easy to work with. Would stay at the property again.
