There are public beaches for your enjoyment like Sand Harbor and Kings Beach State Recreational Area

A perfect spot!! Rebeckah Review Date: 10/19/2021 As someone who likes to spend a weekend in Lake Tahoe, I found this place to be perfect for what I needed. It's location is great (North over South). The four of us were quite comfortable with the accommodations for the weekend and although we were simple guests, this unit felt like home. I noticed how clean it was and the owners were very quick in response when we had one simple issue. Part of me doesn't want to give too good of a review because I want this place to be available the next time we come to Tahoe...ha, ha. If I'm going to be a little nit picky, the only negative for me was that there needed to be better outlet access in the 2nd bedroom as hooking up anything was difficult to get to. But, overall, we were really pleased with the condo and would definitely return. Comfortable , clean and well stocked condo. Review Date: 01/04/2021 Comfortable, clean and very well stocked condos. Thank you for the Christmas decorations, it was nice and cozy!

Awesome place! I was pleasantly surprised to find that pickleball courts were a biking/walking distance away! We had everything we needed. Finding our place was a little confusing (I think because we aren’t accustomed to housing like that). There are neighbors directly above and beside the apartment. Easily drove to north and South Lake Tahoe. Incline Bowl was a pleasant find as well as Incline Village Tennis/Pickleball club. Both are very close! Close to bike trails and kayaking.

Overall, my family and I were very pleased with the apartment. Close to Tahoe with all we needed close by.
I gave only a 4 stars on the property management company as the code provided didn't work (we arrived around 11pm and no one could help us so we had to drive out and get an hotel for one night which was a hassle as all surrounding hotels were full). The situation got cleared the next morning and the property management issued a refund. All was handled very nicely and in a timely matter.
