This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom house has plenty of space to relax. There is a large, spacious living room and a den. There are also two large decks, one located off the master bedroom, and the other off the living room. Both decks have patio furniture and barbeques. Three bedrooms are located on the first floor of the house. The Master Suite is located in a private part of the house and features a large bathroom with fireplace, as well as a private deck. The downstairs den is completely private from the rest the home. Here you can enjoy a fire place, a large flat screen TV or the Hot Tub.

Incline Village features a Tennis Complex, Recreation Center, Hyatt Hotel/Casino Shopping, Movie Theatres, Bowling and more. Five minute drive to golf (two 18-hole course) and skiing (Diamond Peak). 20-minute drive to Northstar and Mt. Rose skiing" Infinite biking and walking trails in Incline Village
