This 3 Bedroom Upper Unit in McCloud is highly sought after. This unit has a newly renovated floor and kitchen. McCloud is a popular complex in Incline Village. Each unit offers a nice furnished condo at a reasonable price. It also has access to the hot tub and sauna in a communal area. The McCloud complex has easy access to the Hyatt Casino, restaurants, the Hyatt Lodge, and a bike path. The town is close by, as are the many restaurants and shops. The recreation center offers a year-round indoor pool, a gym, and basketball and tennis during the summer.
Please inquire about Incline's access to private beaches. Public beaches such as Sand Harbor, 3 miles away, and Kings Beach, 4 miles away, are open to the general public.

I’ve rented over 50 times on Airbnb and VRBO in lots of locations and have never had as many small issues that required outreach as we did with this rental. It’s a great layout and location and was very clean. However, there was a window that didn’t close, the garage key didn’t work, there were no instructions about where to park the extra car, no instructions about TV, the filters for coffee maker didn’t fit, there was no dishwasher detergent. The property manager was responsive.
Note that while the living room furniture is new, the beds are quite old. I would say that it’s fine, but would benefit from someone really going through with an eye to what it would be like to be a guest there and then making some upgrades and tweaks.

Great property! Very modern, spacious. Good space for family of 5 skiers. Hottub great. Walkable to Wonderful central low-elevation location. Goldfish very responsive and helpful. Minor thing - not a ton of kitchenware (glasses, mugs, cookware).
