Great stay in Incline Melinda Review Date: 04/12/2022 We had a great family stay in Incline. Wonderful area and the townhouse worked very well for our family of four. Nice Condo, not a house Peter Review Date: 03/09/2022 Overall quite nice inside and had a great time. Very close to the Incline village park and a short walk to Starbucks. Nestled in between other condos and should not be advertised as a "house", however. From the parking lot, about 150-200ft walk up a shared path. Caught us a bit off guard because a) we arrived late night and it took us about 15min to find and b) getting kids from car to bed was less than ideal (not to mention then caryring all luggage, etc). Great overall but would not have booked had I known it was a "condo". Further, the picture of the exterior is a bit misleading. The picture of the exterior unit actually represents (2) condos. This condo is the left side (2 story) side. **Note** would not recommend to a friend because we all have small kids so basing on that use case.

Great Location in Incline Village

We had a very nice stay at this condo, using it as a home base for a "boys trip" filled with hiking, golfing, and biking. The location is very convenient, and the condo is as nice as it appears in the listing photos. The condo has 3 comfortable king beds, a well equipped kitchen, is nicely decorated, and was very clan. We had just a little difficulty getting the confirmation for our booking, but eventually sorted that out with Sue. All in all, this is a nice property that I would consider staying at again in the future.

Great place to stay, lots of amenities and surprises like board games, dish soap, food bags, fans and blankets. The property was clean and well equipped. Great location IF you have passes to the beach. If you go in summer and want to go to the beach make sure you get your beach passes before you check in as we were never able to connect with the property manager to get them in our short weekend stay. Next time I will know to do that and it will make the experience so much better. The only 2 negatives, that wouldn't keep me from staying there again, was no air conditioning, which wasn't too bad, but we did have smoke from a fire and you had to open your windows because it was hot with no air conditioning, but it wasn't too bad with an air quality of 132. The only other thing is the place sort of smell weird, there are a lot of candles and oil sticks everywhere, so we put them outside for our stay, but wasn't really sure what that was.

I stayed at Forest Pine with two friends. It was the perfect place in every way, I can’t speak highly enough about it. The cleanliness was impeccable, the decor was charming, the beds firm and so comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and the location was unbeatable. I hope we can come back to this little slice of heaven.

We just spent a fantastic ski week at Forest Pines! The condo is very comfortable, spacious, quiet and clean. It is also centrally located so it’s convenient to all of Incline Village and north Lake Tahoe. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

The best place to rent. We loved it. We weren't use to a place having everything we needed. Kitchen supplies and utensils. Bath towels and bathroom supplies, even heated floors. We plan to stay again. Book for snow time. You are crazy , if you don't. Places you can walk around to slide. This place has everything!! I really enjoyed the management. Sue was worked well with us, at all times
