The Black Diamond House is located on the corner of Aspen and Columbia in the Town of Telluride.  This home has lovingly been remodeled with beautiful, crafted touches.  This gorgeous 4-bedroom house is on the sunny side of town, just a few blocks from the base of the Gondola, and in walking distance to world class restaurants and bars. 

The main floor is open air concept, with a fresh new kitchen, all new appliances including double ovens, gas range top, and 2 sinks.  Cozy up to the bar overlooking the living area with a gas fireplace, and a beautiful dining area.  French doors open to a patio with a grill for al fresco dining.

Up the beautiful floating staircase, you will find the primary bedroom and two guest bedrooms. The Primary king bedroom has an ensuite bath with double vanity, and a balcony with views of Box Canyon.  Two other guest bedrooms complete the 2nd floor.  The first guest bedroom has a Queen bed, and views of the ski hill.  The second guest bedroom has a twin over full bunkbed, with views to the north/Jud Wiebe trail mountains.  The 2nd bathroom Is located near the guest bedrooms on the second floor and features a claw tub, separate shower, and double vanity.  The tile work is very artfully done in each bathroom!

Travel up to the third floor via a spiral staircase.  This varied room with interesting eaves and valleys has a queen bed, and extra room for kids with 3 twin beds including a daybed with space to watch TV.

The third full bathroom is located on the first floor.  All the bedrooms and the living room have smart TV’s.
