This home’s island architecture naturally capitalizes on the awe-inspiring ocean and tropical landscape views.  Each bedroom and living space features large windows and glass doors that invite the outdoors in allowing you to seamlessly enjoy the expansive lanai with the convenience of the house.  And you’ll enjoy brand new mattresses and updated painting.   



The house features three Master Suites, all with their own private bathrooms and are unique in their own design and flare. All of the bedrooms have televisions, king sized beds and enjoy ocean views.  The Den contains a King size bed can be separated into two twins upon request & for a fee, and a private bathroom.  And a true differentiator – you can enjoy a good night’s sleep with zoned air conditioning that covers the entire home. 



The master suite is the only bedroom upstairs.  It is beautifully appointed and a wonderful place to enjoy Kailua Bay views off of its private, large lanai.   And the master bathroom, with both bathtub and shower, is pure elegance!



The gourmet kitchen is big and beautiful and a wonderful place for entertaining, in addition to being a chefs dream! The unique circular design and high ceilings lend themselves to an open feeling of creativity for making that perfect meal and enjoying those gatherings with family and friends.  There are indoor and outdoor dining options with large tables, each with seating for 8.  There is additional kitchen island stool seating.



There are plenty of lanai areas both in the sun or covered to enjoy the beautiful views in all directions with several chaise loungers and chairs. Whether you are enjoying some "me" time or spending time with friends and family, there is always something amazing to see such as stunning gardens with beautiful water features, fabulous ocean views and a pool that will knock your socks off!



The designer pool is approximately 4.5 feet deep and 72 feet in length (good for lap swims) ending towards the ocean in a large circle with a beautiful plunge pool within reach! This amazing pool gets sun a good part of the day- depending on the time of year but, it stretches from morning to sunset.



This home is located in the private, gated community of Keauhou Estates. There is quick and easy access to the cinema, the supermarket, the drugstore, Magic Sands Beach, the Snorkel Beach, golf courses and a plethora of shopping and dining options.
