Top Floor, Direct Ocean Front View, Air-Conditioned, Close to Town This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo is located on the top floor & is direct ocean front (please note, this complex does not have elevators). Comfortable furnishings, ceiling fans and a fully equipped kitchen make this the perfect home base. The living area and both bedrooms are equipped with ductless mini split air conditioners. The Sea Village complex has one of the best reputations in town, having a wonderful walk-able location and beautiful amenities, including an oceanfront pool and spa a well as a beautifully maintained courtyard complete with BBQ grills and picnic tables. This is a lovingly and impeccably managed property. Charming tiki torches light your way in the evening to the central garden where the BBB's, picnic table, pool and spa are located. Minimum night varies seasonally 4 - 10 nights. Property is non-ADA compliant, non-smoking, and no pets are allowed.
