This wonderful new home has 5 bedrooms and 4 and 1/2 baths, an enormous upstairs great room with a 82" LCD/HD/TV, stereo surround sound, beautiful and huge kitchen with wonderful granite countertops, hickory floors throughout, and wireless internet access. The master suite has a log pole king size bed, executive desk, and a private bath with jacuzzi bath tub and extra large rain shower. Downstairs on the mid level you will find all other bedrooms, a total of 3 master suites for you comfort. Finally as you make it down to the game room you will be impressed by the enormous wetbar with full refrigerator and sink, pool table, a hot tub outside, granite counter tops with seating for 8 at the bar. Set up as a sports bar you will find a 32' flat TV on the wall behind the bar as well as a 65" LCD/HD/TV on the wall for viewing pleasure. Also downstairs is the pool table, comfortable sectional sofa, Playstation 2, and a gas burning fireplace. Also, you'll have air conditioning in the upstairs of the home, keeping the entire house cool throughout the hot summer months. This home is fantastic, one of a kind, and will be perfect for the most discriminate of travelers! Only 10 to 15 minutes from all of Lake Tahoe's attractions!
Due to contractual obligations between Lake Tahoe Accommodations and the owner of this property, the responsible guest must be 21 years old and present a photo ID, credit card and signed rental agreement before occupancy.

We loved this place! Awesome view, kitchen was wonderful. There were 12 of us and three generations, the youngins mostly were in the game room and we couldn't hear them. There were a few issues, but Lake Tahoe Accommodations fixed it right away. We will be back !

We had a fabulous time in Tahoe and this house was perfect. With three floors the space was perfect for our three grandchildren and 11 adults. The view of the mountains was exceptional especially around 4pm when the sun hit off the snow covered peaks. Loved the kitchen and all the high end accessories!

Great experience. We stayed here for 4 days. It was a family trip aimed at relaxation. Very well maintained property and located in close proximity for food and entertainment. The view of the mountains and trees from the living room and kitchen are amazing. It comfortably sleeps 11 adults and had plenty of games and things to do inside. I highly recommend.

This is a fabulous home for a large group. Enough space so you are not stepping on one another. Kitchen is fully stocked and you won't need a thing. Clean and modern amenities. We will definitely be back next year.

We rented this home for 3 nights this past weekend to attend a family reunion in South Lake Tahoe. Our group of 14 people, 10 Adults & 4 Kids, enjoyed the spacious home, the game room & hot tub. It was a great break from the Las Vegas heat. When we come back to Tahoe we'll definitely try to book this house again.

First off, the staff at Lake Tahoe Accommodations is very friendly, and helpful. They were super nice throughout the whole transaction. They allowed me and my guest to check in early and even presented me with a bottle of wine! My stay was fabulous. The house was very modern and extremely spacious. We enjoyed all of the games in the activity room, and utilized the Jacuzzi both nights. The view is absolutely breathtaking The only negative thing I have, is that there was no AC throughout the house. Being that it was 85 degrees the weekend we were there made for a very hot house. All in all, we had a great time and I would definitely recommend Lake Tahoe Accommodations to anyone who is looking to rent a home in the area. Thanks again!!

This house was amazing. We had 10 adults and a few kids for a long weekend and it handled all of us with absolutely no problem. The views were impeccable, even from the bottom floor. The location was perfect, especially if you want to visit Fallen Leaf Lake, and convenient for making trips into town. No complaints here, we would and probably will rent this house again one day!!

This is a beautiful, clean home with everything you need. It was roomy and perfect for our group. We easily fit three families and we were able to even have friends over with plenty of space to enjoy. We found the property to be in very good condition. It matched the description given online, and was very well stocked with housewares and kitchenware. It was clean and is kept well maintained. The bonus is the heated floors in the master bathroom. We loved the basement/ game area- had everything one could want, especially given that it was a very wet weather- there was something to do; cards were provided , games etc. The men were able to be downstairs and watch the game while ladies used the main floor. Good for family but one has to be careful with toddlers. Customer service was good- we need to unlock a bathroom door and we were able to get someone to come promptly as soon as possible. Nothing much to do in the community area but a mile drive away opens up to lake , golf courses and other activities that might be of interest. We would definitely recommend the property to friends.

This house was amazing. It has everything you need. We had all our kids and grandkids and they all had plenty of room and tons of fun. We felt it was a privilege to be a guest in this home. This is a great house with an awesome view. I loved being able to look out to the mountains while I cooked. The kitchen is large, pretty and very functional with all the pots, pans, appliances and dishes and glasses you could possibly need. There is also a bar kitchen downstairs with a more glasses. The master is large and the bathroom has a heated floor! Loved that. It looks out to the street and the neighbors, though, so unfortunately you will want to keep the blinds down. The TV in the master could stand an upgrade but the TV's in the front room and bar area are large flat screens. The other bedrooms are on the small side-but are functional. The biggest complaint was that the bed in the room nearest the bunk room(great for kids) had an uncomfortable bed. We had fun with the pool table downstairs and used the hot tub a couple of times. All and all we loved the place and recommend it for large groups. Too bad the weather was not on our side, but it is always the unknown factor in any vacation!

This was a perfect house for our family, the location is perfect for skiing, house came well equipped with everything you will need, plenty of cooking utensils,sheets, towels, etc. Little more snow for our Christmas vacation would have been welcomed but all in all it was a fun experience, I would definitely recommend this property. The person who designed this house put a lot of thought and attention to detail, my wife loved the heated bathroom floor in the master.

This was a perfect vacation house for our family of 10- 6 adults and 4 children. The house offered plenty of space so that no one felt confined. The children were able to play monopoly, pool, or watch TV while the adults read or played games upstairs. The spa was a favorite hang out spot for the family. We were 5 minutes from the nearest grocery store and 12 minutes from downtown Tahoe, so, we were able to enjoy peace and quiet and able to purchase needed items quickly. We were very pleased with the house!

As we have a rather large crew including grand parents, kids and grand kids this home was perfect and it never felt like we were crowded. Loved the fact every family had their own assigned bathroom. We plan our family get togethers every other year, so this was our third outing, and by far this was the best location yet. There was nothing we needed in the home that was not there, and I mean everything. The views from the balcony are breath taking. This home is forever etched in the positive memory banks of our family history. It has been our goal to create memories for the grand children and this home did just that for all involved.

This home was excellent! Very clean and well stocked with everything you need. I highly recommend this rental home as it is very well located to all Lake Tahoe activities and attractions. It is located in a good quiet neighborhood. The kitchen has top end appliances and top quality dishes/pots & pans and well stocked. The bathrooms were well supplied and all bedding, with lots of extra bedding. Customer service thru Lake Tahoe Accommodations was great also!
