This is a great condo with a fabulous view. Very comfortable and within walking distance of several pretty nice restaurants. We have been coming to Lake Tahoe for almost 30 years and this is one of the best places we have stayed.

GREAT location! Walking distance to busy King's Beach and all the local restaurants. Condo is a bit dated but fully functional and very roomy. View from the upstairs deck is unbeatable.

Everything was swell. I was especially impressed with the staff. Great Customer service, easy acess, prompt resolution to canceling 1 property and securing another. Condo was fine although peculiar layout with living area upstairs and bedroom below. Feel safer with Bedrooms at top but we knew that going in. Living area larger than Brockway Springs. We often stay in Kings Beach with close proximity to the Char Pit!

Excellent location on the North Shore. Right off the main highway, but far enough so there is not much if any road noise. Really nice view of the lake and grounds from the second floor deck (reverse living plan with living/kitchen/dining upstairs). Less than 5 minute walk to Kings Beach along a side street. LTA describes this unit as a "moderate" accommodation which is about right. The upstairs where you will spend all your family/friend time was recently remodeled and is very nice. The downstairs bedrooms and baths are dated, but they are maintained well (nothing was broken or rattled, etc). Finally, the whole condo was extremely clean. It was probably cleaner than any home we have ever rented, and that's not easy to pull off with a 1300 square foot rental condo in a place like Lake Tahoe where people constantly drag snow, sand, dirt, etc into the house during their stay. Very highly recommended.

The complex has great views, a nice dock, and the property is well maintained by the homeowner's association. It is conveniently located in Kings Beach within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, and the public beach. Our particular unit had an updated kitchen to include granite countertops but had outdated carpet and furniture.

Had a great time in this condo. Nice views, plenty of space. Loved it. They could use some new pans, that was the only bummer. Enjoyed the horseshoe pit and never heard any neighbors. Kids really enjoyed the area and complex too. Will be going back for sure. Great value!

Condo was clean and looked to be updated gradually. Bedroom furniture needs updating. Kitchen was great and well equipped. Of course, the view was spectacular and so close to water's edge. Area was very quiet and well kept.

We had a terrific time staying at this property for week in July 2009. The layout of the unit was perfect, from having dinner outside on the deck, having access to the lake from the downstairs bedroom, to washing dishes at the kitchen sink with a view of the lake! We found the condo very clean and nicely furnished, with extra touches like detergent for using the washing machine and plenty of towels. The grounds were lovely around the condo and the manager for the complex was friendly and helpful. It is a couple of blocks walking distance to restaurants & the city park in Kings Beach & a 7-11. We would highly recommend this property!

This is a very nice condo, very well maintained. Kids are not allowed on dock unsupervised. We loved Zephyr Cove, which was about a 25 minute car ride, where we found everything we needed for a great vacation with grandkids.
