Free parking on premises is available for two vehicles. Community access Located within Sawgrass Golf & Country Club, this condo includes access only to the community pool and a beach access point. Other amenities within the club are reserved for resident members. A playground within the community offers additional space for outdoor enjoyment, while direct lake access allows you to reach the water by path or dock. Please note that this property is not pet-friendly and does not include beach essentials. Note This property is located within Sawgrass Country Club. Sawgrass Golf & Country Club amenities are private. Guests have access only to the community pool. Community beach access is via a beach access point only - there is no parking at the access point. Please Note: -Sorry, NO PETS -Must be 25 years old minimum to rent this property. ID Required. -This Property has a 2-week minimum stay requirement. -Sawgrass Country Club is a private members only club. Club Membership does not extend to guests at any property. -Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
