Beautiful Upper Level Condo in Eaton Village in Ocean Edge Resort near Cape Cod Bay. Linens provided beds made!! Just listed!!!

 This second-floor, two bedroom, two bath condominium is located in  Eaton Village at the Villages at Ocean Edge Resort.
The condo was tastefully upgraded with new tile flooring in the kitchen and living areas, as well as sports new cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms. Enjoy the cathedral ceilings , tasteful nautical  décor. Sliding doors open to the balcony with a partial golf course view. 
The comfortable primary bedroom has a King sized bed, ceiling fan, A/C,  TV and en-suite full bathroom and a workstation, if you must work during your vacation. The second bedroom has two Bunk Beds with a single bed trundle and a TV .
There is a second  full sized bathroom is right outside the second bedroom door.
The home offers  wireless internet, washer/dryer, AC in the living room and  a second A/C wall unit in the primary bedroom.

The owners have a sports membership, which  allows guests to purchase passes to Ocean Edge Resort's indoor pool, two outdoor pools, saunas, Jacuzzis, basketball courts, volleyball courts, tennis courts and the Fletcher fitness center.
*For 2024 summer season the daily pass rate is $25 per adult and $10 per child (ages 6-15). The weekly pass rate is $75 per adult and $35 per child. (Children 5 and under do not require a pass).
*Pool passes are not included and must be purchased separately during your stay. The Ocean Edge Resort Golf Club controls the distribution of passes, collection of fees, use and operations of all amenities. All are subject to change without notice.

You are welcome to visit the Ocean Terrace restaurant, featuring outdoor bar at the Ocean Edge Mansion/ Bayside. You will be awestruck  with breathtaking views of Cape Cod Bay. On the Villages side you can enjoy casual dining at the Linx restaurant, one of our favorites.

 Many of the most beautiful bay-side beaches are only about a few minute drive from your condo. Brewster has countless  freshwater ponds and several  bay-side beaches. Cape Cod has warmer and calmer waters than the Atlantic Ocean.

Things to do in Brewster:
Enjoy the Cape Cod Rail Trail, countless miles for biking and walking. Bike rentals are available in various locations in Brewster along Route 6A.
Explore the famous Brewster Flats at low tide to collect seashells, photos, and memories.
Enjoy magnificent sunsets summer over the Cape Cod Bay.
Make sure to visit Nickerson State Park, with two kettle ponds for kayak and paddle board (rentals available on site).
Play a round at Captains Golf Course!
Enjoy a great many great restaurants, seafood shacks, antiquing and shopping!
