As you arrive at this home, you'll notice the Spanish Mediterranean ambiance from the early 1900s that helped shape the Iconic Sarasota Architecture scene. There is a chic living space with a sofa, chairs, and a TV, and it opens into the home's parlor, which features floor-to-ceiling antique crank windows and a bistro table, where guests can delight in friendly conversation or card game. The kitchen is an absolute chef's dream, with stainless steel appliances, plenty of cabinet space, and essentials, including pots, pans, and utensils.
