Property Description

Direct Oceanfront Studio, Direct Oceanfront View, 3rd Floor Top Level, with Split Fujitsu AC

We take extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations.

Unit #323 is third floor (Top Floor) DIRECT oceanfront and is one of two units in the entire complex that is on the outside corner of one of the two oceanfront buildings! Since it is on the corner, it has an extra window that allows more light and provides another view of the ocean while in the unit. The balcony sits right over the ocean (or at least feels that way...check out the photos below)! We also have #324 and #325 - block of rooms next to each other, so larger parties can stay all side by side! No Wifi.

Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellation must be received in writing/e-mail. There is a $200 non-refundable cancelation fee should you cancel outside of 60 days prior to your arrival. If cancellation occurs within 60 days of arrival, we will refund the rent paid if we are able to re-rent the condo. We can only refund for the days we are able to re-rent, less the $200 USD cancelation and any costs to rebook the condo. However, we do try very hard to re-rent it and have sometimes been successful in the past depending on how much lead-time we have.

* Every Kauai Vision property listed is a non-smoking home; this includes the lanai (balcony) and hallways.

* There is a $200 fine for smoking. There is a designated smoking area outdoors & away from the building.

* Guest will be charged for extra cleaning or damage to the unit beyond normal wear and tear. NO SMOKING ALLOWED inside the unit or outside on the lanai or hallways. Any costs to remove the smell or damage of the smoke will either be covered by the guest in violation of this policy.
