Property Description

Welcome to our quaint beach cottage getaway. 1 bedroom with queen bed and new couch added that pulls out for sleeping. Great Place for couples or small families. We have wifi and a smart TV. Out door area has deck with seating, firepit for nighttime enjoyment and large yard to enjoy. The home is is a great spot to enjoy the lake and relax. Wonderful property walking distance to the beach. This one bedroom / 1 bath getaway can sleep 4 but we will allow up to 8 guests.

Cleaning fee is $60 All dishes must be washed and put away. Non Refundable Pet fee $50. - with prior approval and signed pet addendum. This home and yard are not pet friendly so waiver must be signed if approved for pet.
