This refreshingly fun, Caribbean Dunes condo is located in the sought after community of Crystal Beach where the white picket fences line the streets and the vibe is totally chill. You really can't beat the location on the old Destin beach road lined with walking and biking side walks and community beach accesses.

The condo has fresh, modern decor and features both a king and queen bedroom, 2 full bathrooms and living room with a sleeper sofa it making it the perfect place for small families or couples to enjoy a relaxing vacation. There is a well stocked kitchen with bar seating, a really comfortable balcony and a ensuite washer and dryer to keep the beach towels clean.

The community pool is heated from mid Nov - Thanksgiving, Christmas week and all of Spring Break. The Caribbean Dunes property is very nice and the location and comfort of Caribbean Dunes 221 is wonderful so make your reservation today and get your Destin Vacation going!

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV
