There is a covered front porch with swings where you can sit and enjoy the spectacular view of Bass Cove and the broad expanse of Lake Huron. Take a walk along the 150' of shoreline, or go for a swim! *This area does have a sandy bottom, with some rock.. as always water shoes are recommended.
This home is in a perfect location for trail riding, hiking or hunting, with hundreds of acres of state land right at your fingertips. The popular Big Shoal Beach is just a couple miles from the home as well!. This is a very peaceful location for those who are just wanting to escape their busy lifestyle & enjoy what nature has to offer! You can bring along some bird food and enjoy the migrating & local feathered residents at the homes feeders, or keep an eye out for the local osprey & enjoy the water birds on Bass Cove!
There is a Bonfire pit right on the waters edge so make sure to bring along your smore's fixins!
