Property Description

There is 2400 square feet of living space, so you will have plenty of room to spread out. The large widows at the home enable you to enjoy the expansive view of Pike Bay from almost every room in the house! There is also a spacious deck that stretches the entire length of the lodge that you can access from the master bedroom, family room, and bedroom #2. This home was built in 1999, and has been meticulously cared for ever since. There is top notch furnishings and décor throughout that will be sure to give you the ultimate in comfort and relaxation during your stay. The home sits on approx. 1 acre of private property and is located in a peaceful neighborhood on the south side of the Island.
There are many amenities this home has to offer that you will be sure to enjoy, including the large stone wood burning fireplace in the family room, Central Air Conditioning, and a shuffleboard to keep you occupied on any rainy days! There is also an aluminum flat bottom row boat available for your use, you can use the oars that are provided, or bring along a small motor that can be attached. *life jackets are required when using boat.
