Property Description

There is plenty of room here for a large family or group of friends to vacation together! This home sits on just over an acre of property, and has a beautiful panoramic view of Scotts Bay. This is the perfect location for the fishing enthusiast, group of hunters, or anyone who wants to hit the off road trails! There are multiple levels to this home, with almost 2300 square feet of living space you definitely won't have to worry about being crowded!
You can sit out on the large deck that faces the water, and enjoy the amazing sunsets! The main deck includes a 4-5 person hot tub, as well as a screened in Tiki Bar! There are stairs that lead up to another deck that is off of the massive Master Bedroom suite, so you have plenty of room inside AND out! There is a large paved drive/parking area at the main entrance to the home for parking, or where kids can ride their skateboards or scooters. This is also a great area for bike riding!
There are two gas fireplaces in this home, one in the Family room, and another in the Master Bedroom. *The bonus sleeping area is off of the Master bedroom. The main floor has hardwood throughout, and the Family Room & Dining area has a cathedral ceiling that opens up the second floor catwalk. Bring along your favorite movies to watch while relaxing at night, there are 3 TV's with DVD players in the home! There are also a selection of DVD's provided.
