Property Description

There are 2 bedroom and 2 full baths, with a sleeping for up to 6. *additional bunkhouses are available for larger groups, see below. The home sits on 1.5 acres on the north side of the Island, overlooking Potagannassing Bay. One bedroom is located on the main level with a queen bed, and the second bedroom is upstairs with a queen bed. There is also an open loft with a sitting area which includes a sofa that can be folded out into a queen size bed for additional sleeping. There are large sliding glass doors that lead out onto a covered patio where you can enjoy the view, rain or shine!
The entire home has been completely re-decorated with brand new furniture, beds, towels, linens, and décor throughout to kick of the 2020 season! There are many amenities available, including WIFI, washer & dryer, smart TV for streaming, swimming and kayaks. This home is also centrally located so you are close to shopping and dining options.
*Please note: It is recommended that boats not be left at dock in the evening. It is the boat owners responsibility to bring any necessary equipment needed to protect their boat while at the dock, and to check on weather conditions and pull the boat if there are high winds that could cause damage.

Bunkhouse option:

This is a spacious 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit located above the garage. Both bedrooms have one queen bed, with a sleeping for up to 4. There is a full bath with a stand up shower, and a kitchen that is equipped with all your basic cooking needs! *see pics on slideshow. This bunkhouse can be added to the cost of the main house for additional sleeping.
$600 per week
OR $100 per day plus a one time cleaning fee of $75.
