There are two levels of living space, with one bedroom on the main floor and two in the lower level. All of the bedrooms are very spacious and have their own full bath and walk in closet. In the walk out basement there is also a lounge area with a foosball table.
The main level has an open concept living area, and you have a breathtaking water view from every room in the house, upper and lower! The modern kitchen has a large island perfect for cooking & gathering your family around. The living area has a large stone wood burning fireplace which can also be enjoyed from the kitchen/dining area. Off of the living area are French doors that lead out to a screened in sunporch complete with wood ceilings, ceiling fans, and comfortable furnishings for relaxing and taking in the gorgeous views of Sturgeon Bay.
There are hardwood floors in all of the main living areas, and brand-new carpeting in each of the bedrooms.
2 kayaks are included with the home for you to enjoy during your stay, and this area is also swimmable. *The shoreline is rocky, but once in the water you will find a nice sandy bottom... water shoes are recommended.
