With its bay front outdoor pool, and area for fishing and crabbing, the building is a delight. The condo is on the 3rd floor and overlooks the canal - it is equipped with full kitchen, microwave, 3 TV'S with YouTube TV and other streaming services, and central a/c. Priced right, this rents quickly. There is a coin operated laundry room in the building for tenants use. Boat docks are available, first come first served, advance payment and registration required. $75 weekly, $50 weekend. There is parking for 1 car, the unit is non smoking. No pets allowed. Occupancy 6. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge. Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00. Within 90 days of check in, the property must re rent before any refund is given, then you would lose $100 plus 16% of the base rent.
