Ariel Dunes II 307 - This two bedroom vacation rental is located in the second building of Ariel Dunes of Miramar Beach. This building has an enormous 11,000 square feet expansion of swimming pools. The building overlooks the bright, shimmering waters of the gulf and of the sugar white beach. Poolside drinks and dining are available next door at the Cabana Cafe on the first floor of Ariel Dunes I for favorite drinks, fresh seafood, pizzas or burgers. The complex also offers state of the art exercise equipment, a steam room, sauna and spa. Ariel Dunes II 307 has a very upscale open floor plan perfect for family time at the beach! The kitchen is equipped with everything to cook meals or make tasty snacks or drinks. The living area has ample room for everyone to sit and engage in conversation or watch a movie on the flat screen TV. The ottoman conveniently doubles as a twin-sized sleeper sofa for additional bedding. The sliding glass door leads out to a large private balcony with stunning views overlooking the pool and partial views looking out towards the gulf. The master bedroom offers a large king size bed, full en suite bath and private access to your balcony. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed with access to a full hallway bath. This fantastic Miramar Beach location is minutes away from favorite gulf front restaurants and friendly beach bars that parallel the coast here along Scenic Gulf Drive. You are also close to grocery stores, wine outlets and bargain shopping at the Silver Sands Premium Outlets, which is one of the nations largest destinations for discount designer stores.Third Floor:All One Level: Living Room with Twin Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Master Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Soaking Tub + Balcony Access, Queen Bedroom with Shared Tub/Shower Combo, Laundry.*Two complimentary parking passes are provided. Additional passes may be purchased for $15.00 each. Monthly winter guests must purchase a parking decal for $25.00 once the complimentary parking pass expires after 15 days.*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Ariel Dunes II is seasonally heated.
