Property Description

This stunning home was built in 2017 and offers a relaxing vacation. This five-bedroom home is located between Rosemary Beaches and Seacrest Beaches. It's only a five minute walk from the beach access. But it's so spacious that you won’t want to leave. The property offers suite-style accommodation, making it ideal for family reunions, anniversary parties, and other special occasions.

The interiors of the home are finished in neutral colors of whites, grays, and tans. This creates a calm atmosphere that allows the bright colors of the coast to shine.

You can access the second and third levels via the ground-floor staircase or elevator. The fully-equipped kitchen and dining area is both modern and charming. They feature sleek, flat-fronted cabinets and a gas cooktop.

The living room features a comfortable sofa, side chairs and bench seating as well as a large smart television. A balcony with four-seater seating overlooks Rosemary Beach homes is located off the living room.

The home can accommodate fourteen guests in five bedrooms that are hotel-worthy. There is also an additional bunk set near the entryway. The bedrooms have a similar color scheme to the rest of the home, but with more natural texture and a subtle, sophisticated look. All bedrooms have smart TVs and Wi-Fi available throughout the house.

Just steps away is the Village resort complex. You can cool off in the two community swimming pools or relax in a comfortable lounge under a canvas parasol on your deck. The pool area features beautiful outdoor dining tables that can be used to prepare meals on the Weber barbecues.

There are many world-class restaurants, galleries, shops, and other shopping options within walking distance of 30A. This culturally rich vacation spot offers a wealth of attractions, including a stunning beach, rare coastal dunes lakes, miles of trails through state parks, and fascinating mixtures of architectural styles.
