We are excited to announce our beautiful 4-bedroom vacation home is now available for longer-term rental of 30 days or more, year-round! Located directly across from Lake Huron, this 1500 square foot home offers great amenities including central air, Wi-Fi, and Apple TV, as well as a washer/dryer for your convenience. The main floor of this two-story home is yours to enjoy, featuring a large living room and individual bedrooms. Bring your bicycle for the nearby bike trail that runs along US-23, or take a short walk to the local beach, restaurants, and shopping. Please note that the owner occupies the upstairs area with separate entrances. While the portion of the home available for rent comfortably accommodates 6, the rate advertised is for 2 people only. For groups of 3-6 people, the rate for 30 days or more will be higher. Don't miss out on this spacious and comfortable vacation home for your next extended stay! Security deposit required. Things to do: https://www.us23heritageroute.org/region.asp?ait=cv&cid=6 No pets allowed. *All bed linens are included. The towels that are provided consist of 4 bath towels, 2 wash clothes, and 1 hand towel. We suggest you bring personal towels. Garage is for owners use only

This recently remodeled doctor's office turned out beautiful it is immaculate with all that you would ever need for your vacation including a lovely unobstructed blue bay view! Bring your bicycle to enjoy the bike trail directly across from the home that runs along US-23 or take a short ride to downtown East Tawas.
