This cottage offers many amenities including fire pit, wooden swing, charcoal grill, outdoor shower to wash off some of the sand, and the recreation room with games and several VHS movies. Pick a good book from the selection of novels and relax on the beach or in the cozy, grassy, fenced in backyard. The house is located just minutes away from restaurants, grocery shopping, antiques, canoeing, golf courses, and more! Two blocks to the public beach for an extensive playground, pavilion. The access is located kiddy corner to this home on a dead end street once you walk to the access it starts out shallow, with crystal clear water great for young swimmers and water games.
