All though the home is not right on South Dease lake it is a short distance down the lane to the lake from this home.  There is also a boat access on the canal side to the lake. The lake itself is a 269 acre lake with depths of 34 feet it is an all sports lake. The air conditioner is located in the Living room and Charcoal grill is near the picnic area by the garage.  New in 2021 Keurig/combo coffee pot, Foos ball table and exercise room with treadmill, glider and hand weights.
