New Vacation Rental! Is Ready! Located just 3-4 blocks from the public beach in East Tawas area. One of the many features is the swing on one of the 2 covered porch's, it just brings you back to a simpler time swinging and chatting with your favorite person or just gathering your thoughts as you glide, both porches have plenty of room, the large back yard is fenced in and has a small fire pit to enjoy those delicious smores! Other features are two Smart TV's with free WIFI for your personal streaming apps and even the bedrooms have unit air conditioners for a cool nights sleep! Home has all been freshly painted and has new furniture including queen size mattresses. Sofa sleeper in living room is also queen size. Great space to unwind in East Tawas! Some things to do while you are here explore the Tawas area with local trails, bike paths or take a short drive to the Tawas Point State Park and see the Victorian-era style Lighthouse and sand spit that creates Tawas Bay. Hike the 2 mile Sandy Hook Nature Trail past the lighthouse to end of the sand spit. This home is perfect for a couple's getaway or suitable for a family vacation! Garage is for owners use, Parking is for up to 4 cars in driveway One well behaved dog allowed with Pet fee *All bed linens are included. The towels that are provided consist of 2 bath towels, 2 wash clothes, and 1 hand towel per bath. We suggest you bring personal towels. Washer and Dryer is available.
