Wall Air unit, electric heat, TV with Roku and WIFI for you to enjoy your own streaming services you can log into guest mode on Roku TV put in your dates of stay then add additional channels such as Netflix,  Apple TV,  Disney+,  and even local news.  You will certainly enjoy all the outdoor shared areas and 800 feet of sugar sand beachfront. Common areas include upper and lower decks, walkways, picnic areas, fire pits, horse shoe pit and outdoor seating including wooden benches and swings. 
It is a short walk or bike ride to town, plus Au Sable shoreline Park is next door with an accessible pier. The Marina is nearby and it is so close to the Au Sable River and National Forests.
