Welcome to our beautiful Waterfront Aqua Home!  Lovely and well maintained 3 bedrooms 2 baths featuring a king bed in master bedroom, queen bed on second bedroom with pool access and a pull out couch (full size) on third bedroom. Both bathrooms have a bathtub combo with shower. There is a smart TV in master bedroom and a apple tv in guest bedroom with couch. Simply log into your favorite streaming channels account to access content. 
Designer lighting and stylish touches throughout this home. The open floor plan features high ceilings and plenty of living space, including a covered seating outdoor area and ambient lights. Fully stocked kitchen with newer Stainless Steel appliances, large sink, full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, range, oven, wine chiller, microwave, Keurig coffee machine, toaster oven, utensils, cookware and a gorgeous view of the water.
Living room has a large 65" smart tv, fireplace and comfortable leather couches.

Be informed that we have regular landscaping service, pool service and pest control management that may come during your stay.We use an integrated software that will give you access to our Guest Portal at PMI Premium Services. It will send you messages with instructions and guiding through a screening process and contract which are required to release check in instructions.
