Welcome to our lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment nestled in beautiful Camarillo, CA. *Fully equipped Kitchen *Amazing backyard *Free washer/Dryer *Free wifi *Free Coffee *Free parking Important: Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted directly for booking validation, which includes ID verification and the deposit collection and downloading of the DACK app.Same day bookings will require at least 4 hours to process your reservation. In addition, the downloading of the DACK application for house manual and check-in instructions.   In order to ensure a worry-free stay we collect a $500 refundable deposit. The deposit will be returned, 7 days after checkout day, if no damages or violations (such as smoking) are found during your stay. A few things to keep in mind, we offer two car parking, receiving mail or packages is prohibited and we are not responsible for items that are mailed or shipped to the property. Lastly, please please remember that you're staying in a private unit, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but we do not have anyone living on-site and we will not provide service between 10 PM-8 AM.
