Property Description

This 4 bedroom/3 bathroom multi-level house is the perfect gathering place for families who want a family-friendly space and enjoy outdoor features. It's also a cozy place to relax. This property is available for single family reservations. Located in South Jordan Utah, less than a mile from Oquirrh Lake, which offers beaches, hiking trails, biking and fishing, the home is convenient and easy to access. Salt Lake City Airport is only a 20-minute drive away, and the home is located near the popular Glenmoor Golf Course.

This home has all the essentials, including a washer/dryer, private access, a two-car parking garage, and the best part - top-of-the-line Tempur Pedic beds with white hotel-grade sheets in all rooms, including the bunk bed, to ensure everyone in your group gets the best sleep possible.

On the main floor, there is a large space for the living room with a sectional that can be used to watch a movie or to give the children some room to play. There is an entertainment room with full-sized TV, a card table to deal out a lucky deck of cards, and a large kitchen with plenty of counter space and all the essentials.

Three bedrooms are located upstairs. You'll find the spacious master bedroom, master bathroom and 2 private bedrooms with queen-sized beds in the upper level. There is also a queen-over queen bunk bed. On the basement level, you'll find one more queen-sized bedroom.

Enjoy the beautiful Utah afternoons with a fully enclosed backyard that is both entertaining and fun. The backyard includes a play set for children, patio furniture and mature trees. The yard has a fire pit for roasting s'mores or telling stories around a glowing flame. A hammock swing can be hung from the trees in your yard to enjoy a book.

Thanksgiving Point (20-minute drive) in Lehi is a great "one-stop adventure" with its museum of natural curiosities, the museum for ancient life (where you can learn about dinosaurs, and even dig up some bones), and the butterfly biosphere. You'll walk through botanical gardens while exotic butterflies fly around you. Visit their website to learn about seasonal events throughout the year, such as the Christmas light shows, the tulip festivals and more. The Loveland Living Planet Aquarium is located in Draper, 15 minutes away. It's the perfect stop for a family day out. You'll find yourself in a place with many attractions, sights, and excursions. Enjoy the area, and most importantly, the comfort of the serene family home.

Neighbors - This rental home is located in a quiet neighborhood. We ask that you respect the neighbors by not throwing parties and keeping music or noise down after 10pm every night. This will help our neighbors remain enthusiastic about our rental service.

This property is not permitted to host any parties or events. If a party is discovered during your stay, you will be charged extra and evicted immediately.

Smoking, vaping, or the use recreational drugs are strictly prohibited on or within the premises of the property. We do not host house parties out of respect for our neighbors and to protect our beautiful homes. We are proud to be a company who offers pet friendly places at many of their properties. Pet Policy:

Please note that there is an additional pet charge to protect our properties from the natural wear and tears caused by pets. We allow up to two dogs per guest and charge a pet fees of $50 for one dog or $115 if you have more than two dogs. This fee is payable after the booking is completed when you register your dog on our digital check-in. Please note that pet fees do NOT cover any damages or injuries caused by your pet.

If you fail to comply with the pet fees, smoking/drug policies, and unauthorized parties or events, you could be fined $500, evicted immediately without refund, and charged additional expenses to remove odors and repair any damage.
